The ASNU™ Injector Flow Bench Cleaning System

Technicians can now clean up to 8 injectors in 10 minutes and view spray pattern and injector malfunction with the ASNU™ Injector Flow Bench Cleaning System.

Injectors often require cleaning and will produce an abnormal or "stringy" spray pattern -- a result of blocks or leaks. These blocks or leaks are caused from baked-on deposits on the pintle or seat, EGR and PCV gases on the intake, and stop-start driving, which accelerates deposits. By utilizing the environmentally safe cleaning agent, Bio-Clean, the ASNU™ cleaning process clears away all deposits.

After the cleaning process, the technician can observe the flow rate and determine which injectors have been restored to a like new condition -- those that deliver an even, cone- shaped spray -- and which injectors actually need to be replaced or require new seals.
