Pry Me A River
If you've ever had difficulty removing a front wheel drive axle from the transmission when the "blankety-blank" manufacturer didn't provide a spot on the transaxle for your pry bar, try this:
- Hook two worm gear hose clamps together around the CV joint.
- Now pry on the hose clamp. The axle will pop out of the transaxle easily.
